If you do not have health insurance or only have a catastrophic health insurance plan, join the Advanced Value Card Program. As a member of the Advanced Value Card program you will be eligible for member rates listed below.

Lab tests performed by laboratories outside of the Advanced Urgent Care facilities will be billed directly to the patient from the laboratory. Advanced Urgent Care does not guarantee laboratory prices and the costs of the labs are not included in the Advanced Urgent Care bill. It is the responsibility of the patient to understand which labs will result in a separate bill. To qualify for discount fees, all bills must be paid for at the time of service. Return checks will be charged $25.00 per check and the bill will revert back to regular fees. Patient must present with proof of enrollment at the time of service.
Membership is valid for one year from the date the card is issued and costs $25.00 per card. Advanced Value Card membership is not an insurance plan/coverage and cannot be used in conjunction with any insurance plan. Coverage from another qualifying health plan will void membership with the Advanced Value Card program. Membership fees will not be refunded for any reason.
