To the Staff of Advanced Urgent Care-
I do not know how many lives you may save everyday, but I do know on August 13, 2009, a nurse checking my EKG saved my life at your urgent care clinic.

To the nurse, Mary Ann and the team working with her that day I send my deepest gratitude and highest warm thoughts to all. If it had not been for them being alert and aware, I may not be here now. I thank you all for providing the care and compassion you gave to me so that I may enjoy another day of life.

I know it is God Almighty who has spared my life, but he chose this team as his vessel to make it happen. May God bless each one of you! Thank you.

Dear Advanced Urgent Care,
I was a patient at your center on Sunday, October 17 and Saturday, October 24. Dr. Elizabeth A. Sutherland’s professional presentation and care for me was wonderful. She examined me with care and explained my problems. Then she advised me as to medicines I would need and how to take them.

There was a nice young lady who took my x-rays. Her touch in showing me how to stand and the placement of my body up against the wall was done with care and concern.

Both of these ladies remembered that I have been in the center before and showed great concern that I needed to return so soon.

I will continue to use your clinic for my urgent care needs. If I have to return, I hope I have the good fortune to obtain my care and services from these two remarkable ladies.

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to let you know about the great care the staff gave my daughter on Sunday, January 2, 2011. We came in that afternoon after she had fallen off her scooter and scraped up her face. We were worried that she might have broken her nose. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. I especially want to mention Adelina, who did our medical intake. She was very kind and patient with my daughter Serena (who is 5 1/2 years old). I also liked that she was so polite, constantly using “please” and “thank you” with Serena and myself. She made us feel more relaxed and we appreciated that.

If we ever need to use an urgent care clinic again, we will definitely use Advanced Urgent Care on Dunlap.
