Advanced Value Card

Value Card provides substantial cost reductions

Individuals without health insurance or with catastrophic health coverage only, can take advantage of reduced rates with the Advanced Value Card membership at all six AUC sites.

For an annual $25 membership cost, the Advanced Value Card program provides patients with the following discounted fee schedule:

Office visit……………………………………………………………………… $75

Lacerations which includes the initial office visit, supplies,
Lidocaine AND a follow-up wound check and suture
removal visit…………………………………………………………………… $225 – 275

Supplies* & all other services ……………………………………………… 50% off

*Medications are not included as supplies and are charged at list price.

Patients can join at any time. As with all patient visits, bills must be paid for at the time of service. To qualify for discount fees, all bills must be paid for at the time of service. Return checks will incur a $25 fee and void the membership, resulting a reversal to regular fees. Patients must present with proof of enrollment at the time of service or may join during their visit.

Membership is valid for one year from the date the card is issued. Advanced Value Card membership is not an insurance plan/coverage and cannot be used in conjunction with any insurance plan. Coverage from another qualifying health plan will void membership. Membership fees will not be refunded for any reason.

Please note: Tests performed by laboratories outside of Advanced Urgent Care facilities are billed directly to the patient from the laboratory. It is the responsibility of the patient to understand which labs will result in a separate bill.
